Cloop for Claude
Cloop keeps your Tasks, your cloops (one per project) and the people you work with in one living list. The Cloop connector puts that list inside Claude. You can read it and change it from any chat, in claude.ai, the Claude apps, Cowork and Claude Code.

What Claude can do with Cloop
Read
Your open Tasks, ranked by priority, with the reason for each rank.
A Task's context: where it came from and what happened since.
Your cloops, the people you work with, and the one Task to do next.
The sources you connected to Cloop, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack or Granola. To take a source away from Claude, disconnect it in Cloop.
Change
Add, update, complete and dismiss Tasks, and add notes to them.
Set reminders and make a Task repeat.
Hand a Task to another person. They get an email invitation with your notes.
Create and archive cloops, set up routines and rules, save what Cloop should remember about you, and merge duplicate people.
Draft an email, or find a meeting time on your connected calendar. Nothing goes out until you press Send or Book in the card Claude shows.
Things to ask
“What should I do next?”
“Show me my cloops.”
“What is open in the Q4 launch cloop?”
“Add a Task to send Priya the contract by Friday.”
“I have sent the deck. Tick that Task off.”
“Hand the invoice Task to Sam.”
You stay in control
Each Cloop tool tells Claude whether it only reads or also changes something, so you can set Claude to ask you before each change.
When Claude adds, completes or dismisses a Task, Cloop shows it with the name of the AI and the reason it gave. A Task that Claude completed has a one-tap Undo in Cloop.
Some changes cannot be undone: a sent email, a booked meeting, an invitation to a colleague, and merged people. Cloop sends a drafted email or books a meeting only after you press Send or Book. When you hand a Task to someone, Cloop emails them at once.
Disconnect
In Claude: open Customize, then Connectors, and remove Cloop.
In Cloop: open Settings, then MCP, and revoke Claude. Claude loses access at once.
Your data
Cloop gives Claude only what a tool returns for the request Claude makes. Cloop does not read your Claude conversations. Text in your Tasks that came from email, Slack or meetings reaches Claude as data, with a note that tells Claude never to obey it. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, how we use and store it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
If something does not work
If Claude shows Cloop as disconnected, remove the connector and connect it again.
If the sign-in screen keeps coming back, sign in at mycloop.com first, then click Connect again.
For anything else, contact us. Tell us what you asked Claude and what it said.
